We have recently finished this project in Leixlip.
On this project we took on building an extension to the existing house at the back, side and front including all civil works, foundations, footings and brick & blockwork. we also joined into the existing roof structure and installed a new roof structure on the first and second levels.
Inside we removed all existing flooring, kitchen, plaster board, doors and windows and removed the wall between the back of the house and the new extension. we installed steel to support the existing back end of the house and made some minor interior layout changes with new block walls on the ground floor.
Upstairs we removed the existing stud walls and installed new stud walls to generate a new layout of bedrooms/bathrooms.
Outside we cleared the existing garden , installed rainwater pipes and installed new pavers and artificial grass.
